- Thrive says SNAP EBT covers eligible food only, marked with a SNAP EBT Eligible tag. Non-food items such as home, bath, beauty and supplements are excluded, and SNAP benefits cannot pay for a membership. Thrive says EBT Cash works on most of the site except alcohol and gift cards, but some members cannot use it right now because of a technical issue. [3]
